New to TriCare Mt Gravatt Retirement Community’s activities program, aqua aerobics has proven to be a very popular low impact form of exercise for residents. Taken by qualified aqua aerobics instructor, Dee Loft, the program has been running for three months, tailored to residents’ fitness levels and capabilities.
TriCare Mt Gravatt Retirement Community resident, Peter Window, attributes his creative flair to his grandfather, who lived close by when he was a child growing up on his parent’s pineapple farm.
