At TriCare Williams Landing, we provide comprehensive and compassionate care that meets your needs now and in the future. We offer a range of Residential Aged Care options designed to support your physical, emotional and social wellbeing.

We have a team of healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses, who are available around the clock to ensure that you receive the support you need, whether it’s assistance with daily tasks, clinical care, or just a friendly chat.

Our holistic integrated care model empowers you to continue living on your own terms and maintain the level of independence you are accustomed to.

Care Options

PERMANENT CARE

Residential Aged Care may be the best option for people who can no longer live independently at home. You may need extra help with daily tasks or have needs that require 24-hour support, such as showering, dressing, and medication management.

RESPITE CARE

Respite Care is a short-term care option when your primary carer is unwell, needs a personal break, or in the event of an emergency. Funding is available through the Australian Government to eligible persons for up to 63 days per financial year.

SPECIALISED CARE

Dementia Care supports residents with low to intermediate symptoms of dementia, while Palliative Care can help you live as comfortably as possible after a terminal illness diagnosis by managing pain and other symptoms.

We can also connect you with other health services such as physiotherapy, podiatry, diversional and occupational therapy, speech therapy, General Practitioners, and dietary and pharmacy services.

A good diet is essential for our wellbeing, which is why our onsite Chef prepares nourishing and delicious meals that feel and taste like home.

We believe that using fresh, seasonal ingredients is key to providing nutritious and flavorful meals for our residents. We also understand that everyone has different dietary needs, which is why we consult with our residents and Dietitians to curate seasonal menus that cater to their specific needs and are packed with mouth-watering flavors.
